How do I track the remaining sessions in a laser package?
Each session is recorded as an appointment and appears in the history on the customer card. If the payment is on instalments, the plan is also listed on the Receivables screen — so where the service stands and where the money stands sit side by side.
Can the system follow up payments for a package sold on instalments?
Yes. Choosing "Instalment" as the payment method creates a schedule; overdue and upcoming payments are collected under separate filters. Balances carried over from before you started using the panel can be entered by hand.
How long does setup take, and can you import my existing data?
Setup is a one-off and we do it for you: your service list, your staff and your existing customer records are loaded into the panel on our side. Team training is part of it — owners and staff are trained separately, each on the screens they actually use.
Can I send SMS and WhatsApp messages to my customers?
Yes. SMS goes through NetGSM, Ä°leti Merkezi or Twilio using your own provider account. WhatsApp connects through the Business API, and bulk campaigns are sent with templates you have had approved. Bulk sending only ever reaches customers who granted marketing consent for that specific channel.
What about data protection and consent?
The online booking form collects explicit consent for processing personal data plus marketing consent per channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp). Every grant and every withdrawal is written to an append-only audit log with a timestamp and can be exported to Excel. Bulk sending to a customer without consent is blocked on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. The panel works the same on phone, tablet and desktop, and installs to a phone like an app. Staff logins were designed for the phone in particular: a staff member sees only their own appointments, never the salon’s revenue.
