Duration-aware scheduling
You set a duration on every service. The calendar blocks a two-hour treatment as two hours, and a booking squeezed in between never enters the system.
A full set of extensions takes two hours, an infill one, a manicure forty-five minutes. Keeping all of that in the same diary produces clashes sooner or later. LionaTab knows how long each service takes and blocks the calendar accordingly — and it lets you message the customers whose infill is coming due.
Write a booking half an hour after a two-hour set and the whole day is broken before it starts.
A customer who is not reminded when the infill is due goes to another studio, and usually does not come back.
Art, gems and extra length change the standard price. When those never get recorded, the revenue figure comes out short.
You set a duration on every service. The calendar blocks a two-hour treatment as two hours, and a booking squeezed in between never enters the system.
Art, gems or extra length are added to the booking as extra service lines with a price you type. The total updates immediately and flows into the reports.
The customer history shows the date of the last treatment, and a bulk message goes out to everyone whose infill is due. Only customers who consented receive it.
Your booking page lists services and staff with photos, so the customer can see who they are booking with.
You enter a duration when you define the service. The calendar blocks that duration: a two-hour set booked at 10:00 also closes 11:00 and 11:30, both in the panel and on the online booking page.
You add an "extra service" line to the booking and type its price. What is recorded is the amount you agreed with the customer, not the list price, and the total and the revenue follow it.
Setup is a one-off and we do it for you: your service list, your staff and your existing customer records are loaded into the panel on our side. Team training is part of it — owners and staff are trained separately, each on the screens they actually use.
Yes. SMS goes through NetGSM, İleti Merkezi or Twilio using your own provider account. WhatsApp connects through the Business API, and bulk campaigns are sent with templates you have had approved. Bulk sending only ever reaches customers who granted marketing consent for that specific channel.
The online booking form collects explicit consent for processing personal data plus marketing consent per channel (email, SMS, WhatsApp). Every grant and every withdrawal is written to an append-only audit log with a timestamp and can be exported to Excel. Bulk sending to a customer without consent is blocked on the server, not just hidden in the interface.
Yes. The panel works the same on phone, tablet and desktop, and installs to a phone like an app. Staff logins were designed for the phone in particular: a staff member sees only their own appointments, never the salon’s revenue.
Businesses looking for Nail Studio Booking Software usually also research: nail salon booking software, nail studio appointment system, manicure pedicure booking app, nail technician scheduling software, gel extension booking system.
In a 30-minute call we’ll set up your services and your team together — you can decide which plan suits you afterwards.
